Temenos Application Gateway

Hi all,

I work in a department that is responsible for connecting T24 with
other application. For this we use combination of OFS + TCClient/
TCServer + IBM MQ. The problem is that this combination does not
always work as we would like, meaning that sometimes we receive no
answer from TCServer but our OFS message gets executed, or even worse
gets executed multiple times. I don't know if this is a problem of bad
configuration or the technology itself.

Anyway, recently I heard about Temenos Application Gateway and I
googled about it and found something but not much. I would appreciate
if you can supply me with some links or even better with your own
experience about TAG or how you connect to T24.

P.S. I am much more Java developer than T24.

Hi Dusan,

 

  TAG can be used as a replacement of TCS (with limited functionalities - it doesnt have all the listeners available in TCS). The main advantage of TAG is that it helps to expose the T24 functionality as a Webservice, enabling T24 a SOA based system. I dont have a document on this.

 

If you are looking only for the connectivity to T24 then TCS should do.
