Dear All,

 

Does any one implemented NR, if so your help will be very much appreciated...

 

I have an issue in NR, we are using ACCT.INST.REF as one of the parameter for auto matching purpose. In T24 when the statements are processed ACCT.INST.REF is blank. Hence No Auto-Matching of NR.ITEMS is possible.

 

We raised this to cshd, they simply said its core and they cannot fix...Bank is telling this is show stopper...to golive with SWIFT.

 

NOTE: The information received from cshd is we should use only VALUE.DATE and AMOUNT field as a parameter and we have to remove the ACCT.INST.REF....This Bank wont agree....!!!! as each Ledger entry must be matched only to its related statement entry based on the reference.
