Hi There

We are on T24 R08 running on jBase 4.0.
Can anyone please help me. We are experiencing file corrupting oftenly especially STMT.ENTRY  and some small files less than 2GB.

Mano, Are you sure, you are running T24 on jBASE 4.0?

Weird R08 is running on 4.0 if it is a typo for 5.0...

Try upgrading the latest jBASE version, 5.0.19.1.

Apart from which, perform a periodical Archive, Resize and file
distribution (if needed) to keep the files healthy.

Rgds,
Madhan.

Noted Emily.. how good is your networks' connectivity..

Did you / admin team tried to do health checks, archival, purging
older ones.. etc ?

Its critical to have it reported to Temenos if its an order of the day....

Our network is fine. We have been archiving our data and the purge date for file which got corrupt yesterday is 1 January 2012. Will chek the file size tomorrow. I've been checking the history of the problem and the genesis of the problem coincides with the time we started using OFS to post ATM transactions.

Okay.. i feel this should go to temenos or any T24 tech consultant
around, for them to dig out more and zero out the case which corrupts
the file exactly.

There is a potential chance that the OFS message is putting some junk
/ null values to the file header / data, which results in corruption.

Hi. I want to automate some charges on Limit. The charge should be booked at the point where the limit is authorised and its supposed to be a percentage of the Limit. Any ideas please help.
