Excluding transactions of specific sector in enquiry

Hi All,

Specific sector customers are allowed to open account only in a
particular branch although they are allowed to do transactions in any
other branch.

For this, if the user has access to other branches, they should be
blocked from viewing those sector specific transactions. But the same
user if logging in to particular branch, then they should be allowed
view of the transactions in the enquiry.

Is there a way to tackle this problem?
