Hi All,

Is it really possible to have A1c’s in the 4s, which are in the normal, non-diabetic range? According to the story below "3 Days with Dr. Bernstein" it is.   

Do you think this is possible? How does he do it?!

 I'd really like to hear from CDEs and Endos on this!
