Rusty Coones - Biker being held unjustly!

I would like to call you attention to what I suspect is a travesty of
justice occurring in California to an individual incarcerated and
awaiting trial in what appears to be a case derived from hear say
information and a product of manipulation of 'witnesses' by the justice
department. Howard Coones has been in the Federal Detention Center in
Los Angeles for the past 14 months while the justice department 'builds
the case.' From the press I have read and the new items I have heard -
I wonder how the government obtained a warrant!

I can, of course, not speak from a position of certainty - but the press

given to this case seems to indicate it being invented as the
Federal Prosecutor conducts one fishing expedition after
another - AFTER the individual's indictment for manufacture /
distribution of a controlled substance. Incidentally, it does not
appear that physical evidence has been obtained, which disturbs me a
great deal.

I realize that due process is granted this nation's citizenry but this
'due process' appears to be running in reverse. As well, I have great
difficulty with the fact that postponement after postponement and
excessive bail keeps this individual incarcerated and hampers Mr. Coones

ability to assist in the structuring of his defense.

There is more that one constitutional guarantee being abrogated here.

This case scares the heck out of me and appears to be a case based on
guilty by association. It may be a positioning of the Justice Department

to expand the 'war' on US citizens that don't fit perfectly into
the 'round hole.'

Please reference www.freerusty.com for additional info. I am not
raising the awareness based on anything except concern that this case
will
become a landmark case for more 'writs of assistance' tactics on
behalf of the US Justice department.

Please look into this story and give it the attention the newsworthy
piece deserves!
