Breakfast: All athletes will be served a healthy breakfast of pancakes
or waffles, breakfast casseroles full of carbos and protein, breakfast
burritos, bagels, juice, and fruit.

Items needed:
1 gallon pre-made 100% orange juice – we need 4
1 dozen Bagel factory bagels – we need 3
Cream Cheese – one Costco tub
Bananas – 4-5 bunches
Grapes – 4-5 large bunches washed
Apples – washed and cut for quick consumption
Alternatively, a fruit platter of some sort
Breakfast casserole or quiche (large)
Real butter – 2 pounds
Real maple syrup – enough for whole group
