2009 Officials Class & Test Session; please volunteer

Cliff,
Can you please forward this email to the EHS Swim parents on my
behalf? I would like to troll for a few more HS officials. We will
certainly need the help for the East meets. I don't have any email
addresses. Please have them contact me by Sunday night if they are
interested so that I can send in the list of names to Dana.

Dimond should be up and running again by the middle of next week, but

That being said...... Dave Uldrich and the NLSC Boosters have once
again been kind enough to set up a HS Officials training session one
week from today..... Wednesday, August 12th at 6:30 pm at the
ConocoPhillips Building downtown. Lisa Bauer has graciously
volunteered to get enough rule books and tests for everyone who is
planning to attend. We are asking that you contact your HS team or
Booster parents who are planning to officiate and see if they would
like to attend this training session. If so, we need their name (it
will need to be turned in on a list at the CP building so they can get
in) and ask that they bring a check for $55 made out to ASAA (Alaska
School Activities Association). If other payment arrangements are
going to be made, please let us know what they will be. All rule books
must be paid for at the training session!

I need a list of names no later than Monday evening, August 10th so
that a list of participants can be turned into CP security per their
requirements. Any questions, please let me know!
