End of Season Awards Banquet

Parents & Swimmers,
I have set the date for our awards banquet for November 19th. We have
the commons at the school from 6-9p. This is a chance for our team to
recognize the efforts of our swimmers & divers this season.
I am looking for parent volunteers to help organize this event. It
should be a pretty simple potluck style affair. I just need parents
to organize who brings what and that sort of thing. Coaches will
present letters and special recognition awards. Captains usually have
special awards of their own.
Let me know if you are willing to head this up.
