Dear Toastmasters and distinguished guests,

 

There will be an outstanding Evaluation Workshop by Talis Wong, DTM and ONE CC speech with THREE evaluations on next Wednesday evening.

Talis Wong was the first runner-up of English humorous speech contest in Chengdu Conference in 2012 and Hongkong Advisor of education and training in our District. He joined in toastmasters for 20 years and specializes in Neuro-linguistic Programming. He will tell us how to make effective and valuable evaluation and help us to overcome obstacle.

Wing Chen is going to tell us her personal story with an attractive title Why Nobody Understood my English. Have you ever met the same problem? Come and see what she is going to present.

And right after the Evaluation Workshop, we will have Table Topic Section and Evaluation Section, by which, we can see how well our members learn from the workshop. What’s more, in order to effectively apply what we learn, we will invite Talis Wong to make a demo evaluation.

So, why not come and join us. This is a new era.

Last but not least, we will have contests on the first two weeks of March.

We will have Table Topic Speech Contest and New Star Speech Contest on Mar. 6th. Please contact the Contest Chair Linda Liu for more information.

We will have International Speech Contest and Mandarin Speech Contest on Mar. 13rd. Please contact the Contest Chair Robert Shao for more information.

Please join and show me what you have learnt from toastmasters.
