现在的kernel还有必要用工具扫描是否有rootkit吗？

我不太了解kernel，但以前有个工具叫rkscan，用来扫描kernel module是否有rootkit的，
现在没有这个工具了。
我想问一下，现在的kernel是否有必要用工具扫描是否有rootkit，
kernel还会让人有机会把rootkit藏在kernel module里？

没有，只是对计算机安全感兴趣。我用了chkrootkit了，系统自带了，没留意到这个主页，原来这么强大～
看到了 Checking `lkm'... chkproc: nothing detected
就是这个！
