先确定下是什么芯片吧,如果是ESD,所有的I/O应该都是和对外有接口的的引脚相连,找到地线对下datasheet看看能否对应上就好了。而且你们说的这个ESD是单向,拆下来,能量到二极管的。
如果是运放,一定有电源输入供电,但是看着确实不像。
我还看到一种说法是电源IC的,查下是否存在5V->3.3V或者其它电源变换的情况,看是否是经过这个IC进行的降压。
这样分析,有板子、个万用表、电源就能确定了。板子越简单越好分析,然额我没见过这个板子就提供点思路吧
