pkg/aflow: support omitzero tag in strict map conversion

Update the map-to-struct converter to respect the Go 1.24 omitzero json
tag.

This prevents strict schema validation failures when workflows parse
incoming states containing structs that omit zero-value fields.

pkg/aflow: tolerate missing fields in older FixesTag states

Add json omitempty tags to the AuthorName and AuthorEmail fields in
FixesTag.

This allows the patch iteration workflow to safely parse older
persisted states from the dashboard that lack these recently added fields.
