syzbot dashboard: remove/hide button

If user is signed in to syzbot.appspot.com, then it might be

useful to have such as button to remove/hide the row of

the report to narrow down the navigation.

Made for myself on the latest dashboard's HTML until I refresh

the page. Would've been useful for me to have it on the server side.

Hi Sabyrzhan,

What are you doing with the bugs? And which ones are you hiding?
This somewhat overlaps with
https://github.com/google/syzkaller/issues/608 but I am somewhat
hesitant to add any _private_ per-user state. It makes it impossible
to collaborate, share work, support workflows where a person can go on
a vacation, provokes massive amounts of duplicate work, etc.

Hi Dmitry,

During my work on syzbot.appspot.com , I very often use Ctrl + F

browser search to highlight "KASAN" only bugs, for instance.

I want to hide reports which I either can't reproduce due to lack of

knowledge of the subsystem or there is no repro at all,

so I would like to filter out the table with those reports I want to focus.

Plus, filtering out reports per sub-system would be great as well.
