syzbot: Linux reports: first to maintainers, then to mailing lists?

Hello,

First, thank you for maintaining and developing this great tool!

I'm currently using a few Syzkaller instances on my side to catch bugs
on MPTCP subsystem development version. The main reasons are to catch
bugs early, before sending patches to netdev, but also to reduce
("stressful") new public syzbot bug reports for which we have to rush
looking at them. At least to check how bad they are and what's the impact.

Do you think it would be possible to slightly adapt this process? It is
great that bug reports are already being prefiltered, but could it
eventually be possible to share them after the filtering with the
maintainers first, then to public MLs after a few days? Or earlier if
the maintainers judge that it is OK to release them before.
