Translation of syzkaller documentation to Chinese

Hi Dmitry,

Our open source club created a translation team named HCTT[1]. We
would like to translate some documents related to Linux kernel
(especially security). Syzkaller is really a great fuzzer and many
research tools (including ours) are based on Syzkaller. We would like
to help translate some syzkaller documentation from English to
Chinese. Those translated documents should be published to our website
or wechat official account.

I think I should get the authorization from you and the syzkaller team
before our team starts translation. We will push PRs or patches before
publishing. Meanwhile, we will keep authors and original syzkaller
documentation links in our published version.

If there are any issues or concerns from your side, please let us
know. Looking forward to hearing from you.

This is great!
syzkaller repository is under Apache 2.0 License, so formally you
don't need our authorization. But we don't mind :)
When you have enough content, we could place a link to the translation
somewhere in syzkaller docs.
