syz-cluster: expand enabled syscalls for net and fs focus

Add missing device and pipe syscalls to FocusNet and FocusFS so
syzkaller does not transitively disable dependent subsystems (such as
RDMA, QRTR, vhost-net, and 9p).

Also validate enabled and disabled syscall patterns against target
descriptions in unit tests.

syz-cluster: add usb fuzzing focus

Patch series touching USB drivers (such as USB network or wireless
adapters) currently run without the syz_usb_* pseudo-syscalls enabled
when matched by another focus like net, preventing the fuzzer from
probing or exercising those drivers.

Add a dedicated usb focus and fuzz target configuration with the USB
emulation syscalls and corpus so USB-related series can be fuzzed.

syz-cluster: tighten kvm path_regexps in global-config.yaml

Restrict the kvm target regexp to actual KVM directories so virtio
patches are not misclassified into the kvm focus.
