Command to build stable-5.4-kasan.config

Good day, dear Syzkaller team. I hope all is well.

We build linux kernel commits since 2020 with stable-5.4-kasan.config.

However, we need to go back to commits  before 2020 and build configuration files for those to test further.

I read from the documentation that configuration files present in syzkaller/tree/master/dashboard/config/linux are built with syz-kconf.

I looked for but could not find how to build the same config.

Could you please reference me on how to use syz-kconf to build the same config: stable-5.4-kasan.config, but for checkouts that are older than 2020 (example 2016).
