Issue with "Connection timed out during banner exchange" when startup syzkaller

Dear,

When I setup for syzkaller on VM(Ubuntu)+qemu+kernel, it shows error "Connection timed out during banner exchange", after I execute command of "./bin/syz-manager -config=syz.config -debug". How could I solve this issue? Thanks.

Hi,

The "-debug" flag must have also enabled the kernel console log printing. 

1) Do the kernel boot logs look reasonable? Did the ssh server start? 

2) Did you go through the https://github.com/google/syzkaller/blob/master/docs/linux/troubleshooting.md document?
