Doesn't look like the cause, the previous repro from 28 Oct 2024 didn't
even have any io_uring, and the patch only reduces sizes of some
allocations. The common part b/w programs is
prctl(PR_SET_SYSCALL_USER_DISPATCH_ON), might be related to that.
