How to report manually a crash ?

Hello,

I recently found a crash on syzkaller that is not listed on any site. I don't have a fix for the moment but I'm working on it.

How do you manually report a crash without a fix and then with a fix?

PS: I looked at all the links to report a crash but it seems to me quite complex.
