New signup/config process, and improved one-way-only feature

Two changes.

First, I've changed the signup/config process, so that it's much more
capable, and leads you through step-by-step. It's a bit wizard-like.
You'll also notice that it introduces the character "Syynccbot".

Second, you can now explicitly choose to send posts only to facebook,
only to buzz, or both ways, but whichever you choose, comments will go
in both directions.

So, for example, if you choose to post from Facebook to Buzz, but not
the other way, then when you post to Buzz, nothing will happen. But
when you post to Facebook, the post will be copied to Buzz, and if
people then comment on the post in Buzz, the comments will come back
to Facebook. This wasn't previously possible, and is how it should
work I think.
