I've cleaned up the format of posts into Facebook. No more stupid
footnoting notation! Also, very large vertical gaps between paragraphs
had started happening, fixed.

Noticed a bug with longer posts sent from buzz -> Facebook
The Facebook post now has a link to the original buzz post. However,
the link is sometimes getting cut off. Which leads to it linking to a
buzz error page.

Actually, I am using goo.gl, but it can fail (being a separate piece
of infrastructure and all), and in that case it currently just uses
the long URL, causing the problem you see here.

I need to change this so that if it's using the long URL, it truncates
the post a bit more so there's enough room.
Also, instead of using just goo.gl, I might put in attempts to use 2
or 3 services, before finally falling back to the long form.
