Update to Syyncc

I'm about to upload a new version of Syyncc. The changes are:

- A rewritten signup/config site at my.syyn.cc . Nothing really
substantial here in terms of functionality for users, but it paves the
way for Wordpress support, which is Coming Soom (TM).
- Fixed a bug where some new users will not have been getting posts or
comments moving from Facebook to Buzz. How'd that get in there? :-)
