syx-commit now up again

Hello,
the syx-commit mailing list is now running again: http://groups.google.com/group/syx-commit.
I've written a simple script under scripts/announcer.py that fetches last commits and sends the email to the ML,
since there's no access to .git in repo.or.cz.
