Lean Agile Scotland - Schedule & Tickets

On the 21st & 22nd September at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh we are having our first Lean & Agile conference in Scotland.
The schedule has been finalised for Lean Agile Scotland and tickets are on sale!
We are have managed to put together a fantastic lineup of speakers which includes: David Anderson; Liz Keogh; Bob Marshall; Karl Scotland; Matt Wynne; Clarke Ching; Gojko Adzic to name but a few. There will be something for everyone with talks on Kanban; building Agile teams; respect for people; Rightshifting and organisational improvement; Agile contracts; the application of Lean and Agile ideas in learning; Software Craftsmanship; Continuous Delivery and much more!

As well as two scheduled speaker tracks there will be space set aside for Open Space/Lean Coffee sessions, giving attendees a great opportunity to... well, confer.

Before the conference, on the 19th & 20th of September, Mike Burrows will be giving a two day Lean-Kanban University (LKU) Accredited Kanban Training course, ‘Successful Evolutionary Change with Kanban’.
