The Systems Practice Community (SPC) is an evolution of the Local Systems Community (LSC), which was a USAID-internal community of practice and the home for systems thinkers and practitioners at USAID for more than 10 years. The original LSC was both a space for sharing innovative systems practice and a community of thoughtful and dedicated individuals committed to improving the performance of international development and humanitarian assistance programs.

The SPC is maintaining this focus on systems practice and community as we adapt to a new landscape. We are expanding our membership beyond USAID alumni, and embarking on a period of iteration, evolution, and emergence in how we collaborate and support each other.
