The Department of State health Services is requesting applications for
membership in the Council for Advising and Planning for the Prevention
and Treatment of Mental and Substance Use Disorders (CAP)
The qulifications for membership and additional details are provided
on the application. Applications can be found at www.hhsc.state.tx.us/
