Neuroinformatics Unit Open Software Summer School, August 2026 in London

Applications are now open for the second Neuroinformatics Unit Open Software Summer School (OSSS), August 17-28 2026 in London, U.K.

Join us for one or two of the following tracks:

• Animals in Motion (analysing video behavioural data)
• Large Array Data (how to handle large data in Python)
• BrainGlobe (species-agnostic computational neuroanatomy)
• Extracellular Electrophysiology (using SpikeInterface to process probe data)

Each week starts with a symposium on the Monday afternoon, followed by 3 days of hands-on training, then 2 days of collaborative hacking, bringing together researchers and engineers to use, and improve neuroscience open source software.
