Applications Open for Distinguished Researcher leading to permanent position program ATRAE 2026

The Spanish Research Agency (AEI) has announced the call ATRAE 2026:

to hire established researchers of recognized international prestige for a 4-year period leading to a permanent position. Total funding for the period is 1 milllion euros (1.2 million for researchers linked to a USA research institution for at least 5 years since 2020), including a gross annual salary between 80-150k€.
