Student
applicants should have excellent computational and numerical skills and
a very good first degree in computer science, engineering, maths,
physics, or a related discipline.
Successful student candidates are eligible for a research studentship
award from the University (GBP 14,553 per annum bursary plus payment of
the student fees).
This PhD studentship is ONLY OPEN to UK/EU students.
The
ideal candidate should be highly motivated, technically skilled, a team
player and driven to push forward the development of the next
generation of deep associative memory neural-networks. Your written and spoken English skills should be excellent. As a PhD student, you may also have the opportunity to teach as a demonstrator in the School of Computer Science.
