PhD and Postdoc positions in Cognitive Neuroscience in Bordeaux, France
Applications are invited for a PhD and a post-doctoral position in cognitive neuroscience at the INCIA, Bordeaux, France.
The 3-year positions are funded by the Junior Chair from IDEX Bordeaux.
The successful candidates will work on the theoretical development and experimental validation of a neurobiological model of cognitive effort and cognitive fatigue, based on information theory. This work will involve behavioural experiments, neuroimaging and computational modelling.
Requirements:
Postdoctoral applicants must hold a PhD in neuroscience with strong experience in computational modelling and/or neuroimaging.
PhD applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a neuroscience-related field (e.g. medicine, biology, psychology, …). Previous experience in research and data analysis will be valued.
Expected start date: Autumn 2017
