This role requires a senior level WebSphere administrator/developer to support multiple engeering and production environments in a tier 3 organization. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
• Environment design, build out, and delivery
• Middle-Tier administration and configuration
• Tier 3 TCR requests
o Middle-tier patches and updates
o iFixes
o PMR fixes
o Advanced middle-tier configuration
• Tier 3 Production Incident Response
• Tier 3 Engineering Incident Response
• Tier 3 Triage and Troubleshooting (scheduled - Development Driven)
• Middle-Tier systems monitoring
• Middle-Tier alert response
