Duties
Works with various internal and external stakeholders to define business
requirements and priorities for system integration projects. Translates business
needs into technical solutions and related system requirements spanning multiple
integrated systems. Acts as liaison between the user community and technical teams
to implement multi-system solutions (may include offshore staff). Resolves system
problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly. Manages project communications
with stakeholders to resolve issues/risks and convey project status. Documents
business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project
status, etc.
Skills
* 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst working with tightly integrated
* 5+ systems
* Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders to gather, organize and
document business requirements.
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
spanning multiple integrated systems.
* Experience communicating complex requirements to both business and technical
audiences.
* Proven ability to analyze complex issues in order to determine root cause or
necessary developer involvement.
* Strong project management skills and proven ability to effectively manage
projects from inception through implementation.
* Experience writing and executing test scripts.
* Strong written, oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Knowledge in insurance/mortgage or financial domain a plus; mortgage and/or
title insurance experience highly desirable Required Technical Skills - SQL
proficient; XML; Advanced Excel; Visio; Microsoft Project Must be willing to work
weekend and evening hours as job dictates

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
