*An extended and expanded version of accepted RASSE 2023 papers can be submitted to the
IEEE Systems Journal.
RASSE 2023 solicits original work not under consideration for publication in any other conference or journal. We welcome the submissions in the following categories:
-
Research and application papers: long manuscripts (8 pages maximum) addressing novel ideas, theoretical issues, technologies, methodologies, and applications.
-
Case studies and practical experiences in the industry: short papers (six pages maximum) presenting practical ideas and case studies.
Special Session and Tutorials on the latest trends in System Sciences and Engineering are planned.
Interested organizers should contact Special Session and Tutorials Chairs for the details.

Special Session Proposals
Special Sessions on the latest trends in System Sciences and Engineering are welcome. The interested
organizers should contact the Special Session Co-Chairs, Bernard Fong and Anju
Pratap for more details.
We invite proposals for half-day workshops affiliated with the conference. The purpose of these workshops
is to provide a platform for presenting novel ideas in a more focused and perhaps less formal manner than at the main conference. The workshops are anticipated to enable stimulating discussions on state-of-the-art, emerging, visionary, with the possibility
of introducing controversial topics.
Workshop proposals must be submitted to Pradeep C or Mahendran N.
We invite proposals for tutorials. Proposals for tutorials need to be submitted with an abstract describing
the material that will be covered, as well as the method of delivery (lecture, discussions, forums, hands-on) and the time (e.g., three hours, half-day, etc).
Ph.D. Forum papers will also be included in RASSE 2023 (six page maximum). Please contact the Ph.D.
Forum Co-Chairs, Arun Madhu, and Ajith
Ravindran for more information.
Presentation only Submissions
We invite those interested in a presentation only, to submit an abstract for consideration. These will
not be published.
We invite the submission of short papers (2-4 pages) that must describe the novelties and advantages
of the work.
