Problems with dead-time models control

Hello, I've been using Sysquake for Control of Dead-Time Systems for about 4 months and I'm stuck in a dead end for a coupke months. I've been trying to simulate a variation of the Smith Predictor appliend in a First Order Dead-Time model in the discrete domain, so that a I can change variables in the interface and see the results. However, when it runs the code, it gives me an Second Order response that does not follow its reference. I've exploited the compatibility of the LME with Matlab and in there, it worked: I've only changed the function that converts cell array into a list (num2list in LME for cell2num in Matlab). I think it is a problem with Sysquake itself. Has anyone been in this kind of situation before?
