Dear colleagues,


We invite you to participate in the 4th Annual SysMod meeting at ISMB/ECCB on July 22 in Basel, Switzerland! SysMod is a one-day meeting to share research on the development of comprehensive models of cells, tissue, and organisms that bridges systems biology and bioinformatics. The meeting will include invited and contributed presentations, as well as a community discussion and networking dinner. The details of the meeting are below. We hope to see you in Basel!

SCOPE

The goal of SysMod is to foster the development of comprehensive models of cells, tissue, and organisms from high dimensional data by connecting bioinformaticians and systems biologists. SysMod will feature 3 keynote talks, 10 contributed presentations, a poster session, a lunch discussion, and a community dinner.


SysMod is part of ISMB/ECCB, a 5-day conference that features sessions on a broad range of computational biology research.
