In sysml how to relate Stakeholder and their Requirements .help me ....

Hello,

you can try to organize your packages with views and viewpoints.
In viewpoints you can define stakeholders (see the SysML
specification).

Depends on the tool, really, though there is nothing that I am aware
of in the SysML standard that prevents you from making this
association.

Typically, you cannot make this relationship directly on a
Requirements Diagram or a Use case or Block Definition Diagram.
However, you should be able to create your requirements on the
Requirements Diagram, then create your Stakeholder actor(s) on the Use
Case diagram, then go back to the Requirements Diagram and drag and
drop the Stakeholders onto the diagram and create an Association
relationship between the Stakeholders and the Requirements.

Also consider - you could stereotype a requirement object as a
Stakeholder Need, and create a sub-classification of requirements to
separate them from product requirements.
