SysML + Templates ?

Dear SysML Forum Members,


I have a question about SysML that is bothering me. Since this group
is full of SysML experts, I figured I could ask it here :)

I would like to know if it is possible to use templates (template
signatures, template bindings, ...) in SysML.

I looked into SysML's specifications and in many other documents, but
I haven't found a word about it and I never saw any SysML model using
templates.

Could someone please help me ?

While some tools that support both UML and SysML support templates, templates are not part of the SysML language. The tools like Topcase and Rhapsody has SysML and UML templete and those templates are useful for report and document generation.
