Thank you once again for your time on Tuesday evening. We need everyone's participation and so appreciate everyone's preparedness this year.
The file is attached - please review it carefully now. Let me know of any mistakes or changes that need to be made. Please pay close attention to the U11 & U12 age groups, and to the older girls.
I will work on cleaning it up, updating coach information, etc. before handing it off to Phoebe on August 2. I will pull coach information directly from the software (Affinity or Bonzi), so please be sure that all teams have a head coach assigned at this point.
August 2 - I pass to Phoebe, and she becomes your contact person for changes/updates. Phoebe will also post that day for coaches to review. We will cc you all when we e-mail the coaches that day.
August 9 - 'drop dead' date for teams - all teams must be viable on that date. Any team who drops after that may be fined per SYSA rules. No changes allowed after this date as well - as scheduling will start in earnest then.
