Fall 2018 - SYSA Alignment Meeting - Tuesday, July 24 - 7-9 pm

Hi everyone - 

The alignment meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 24, from 7-9 pm at the SYSA offices in Georgetown.  All clubs must have a representative at this meeting.  (we will also update the registrar google group at the meeting, but please forward this e-mail to any club registrar or admin that may have taken over from you in the meantime).

Dates to note:

• All U10 teams should be formed in the software by Monday, July 9.  I will pull a report then and add it the master alignment file.
• Alignment file will be distributed to all of you on Tuesday, July 10.
• Please use the 2 weeks from the 10th to the meeting on the 24th to communicate with your coaches, and get their wishes/feed back for placement.
• I am your contact from now to the meeting.  After the meeting, the file is passed to Jessica, and she will handle any/all changes and updates until scheduling is complete.
