Super! I'm glad it worked for you. Yes, that's one piece of documentation that
I hope the users read for sure.

While on the item-editing topic, I've just fixed a bug on kessler1
that was probably preventing anyone from visiting any item-editing
pages. Sorry about that.

Hm. Resequencing ought to work. I can do it from here, using
Firefox. Here's what works for me:

* I click "Resequence items", and a border is drawn around each
item.

* I drag the items to my satisfaction.

* I click "Save sequence". The borders around the items disappear.

* A moment later, a JavaScript dialog box pops up and tells me that
the new sequence has been saved.

Is that what you see? If not, maybe there is a browser-specific bug in
my code.

The "Relocate" action is a bit different: it's for moving items
between headings. Frankly I'm unhappy with having "sequencing" and
"relocating" as separate user-gestures -- both are about "moving
items" and ought to be done in similar ways. But I never found a
satisfactory way to accommodate both at the same time. I did find some
drag-and-drop "tree editors" that did both sequencing and relocating
at once, but they were buggy and finicky; and those aren't qualities
I'd like to incorporate into Syrup. :-)

Best,
Graham

This is the point where my experience (using IE) differs. No box pops
up, but also no message to indicate it hasn't been saved. The change
is displayed on the screen, it's not until you go out of that course &
back in again that you clue in that your change has not happened.

So, no.

I guess so, I dinked around with my Internet options in ie, but no
luck.

Ah. Yes, I can reproduce this on IE 6. I will investigate and fix.
Thanks for catching this!
