I have set up a test server with syrup here:

http://ezproxy2.uwindsor.ca:8080

This site links to Graham's site, which has much more sample data, but it does demonstrate the windows installation instructions here are working:

I still need to align the z39.50 and sip pieces, which require some configuration on our test server at Guelph. This will be my first priority when I return from a week in the southern ontario wilderness on the 27th.
