Questions in Reserves D11n; Changes to Reserves

Hi Graham,

I know that you have been addressing a lot of questions, but did you
have a chance to look at the ones that are indicated by ??? in the last
version of the Reserves d11n that I sent? Some have already been
addressed, but there are still others... I've attached it again for
your convenience.

Also, I'm capturing your latest changes to the code by reading the
email exchanges. Please advise me when items that are indicated as TODO
become reality.
