Hello All,

Attached is my final version of the Reserves documentation. It
captures, most of the items raised in Graham Fawcett's reply email on
the ggroup to Karen Schneider on April 21, but not the items from
Karen's reply email to Graham on April 22. As the content was not
available until last three weeks, the documentation is not as complete
as I would have liked. In any case, I hope that it will be helpful to
you as a foundation for going forward.

Many thanks to all of you for your assistance and encouragement in the
past months!
