I wanted to pick your brains re: issue tracking for Syrup. Now that we
are growing again, I don't think we can avoid having a proper issue
tracker. Not only can users and testers report bugs, but we can start
relating our code commits to the issues they resolve, which is a nice
development model IMHO.
I'm hesitant to use the ILS-Contrb Trac instance, where our code is hosted:
http://svn.open-ils.org/trac/ILS-Contrib/
...only because it's shared with other contributed projects. (On the
other hand, none of the other projects is using the issue tracker, so
I suppose we could squat on it.)
Thoughts? We could set up another Trac, or use Google Code, or a
million other options. Any preferences? I believe Evergreen has moved
to Launchpad --- should we do the same?
