Great news about projector. I'm bringing a portable screen (I think it
is approx. 50"). I'll look and see if I have anything else that is
bigger.
Along the lines of Bob's idea, I was thinking that if we need to in
the future, the presenter can run a VNC Server (like Apple screen
sharing/remote desktop) and then everyone else can view as a read-only
client. We could work out the settings etc. ahead of time and dedicate
an ethernet switch (with wireless also) to reduce lag.
