1.) Change the UI to a table-based interface so that each parameter
for each sample can be manipulated.
2.) Change the UI toolkit. Qt 4 is what I'm planning on using, but
I'm open to suggestions.
3.) Handle control change and aftertouch messages.
4.) Handle multiple patch formats in the same run (i.e. make an sfz
patch and a hydrogen patch at the same time).
5.) Teach `synthclone` how to output `renoise` instruments (this may
not happen in the next release).
If any of you have ideas, suggestions, etc. for how `synthclone` can
be improved, then I'd love to hear them.
