I'm nearly done with this. There's a problem I'm seeing with FLAC files in
Hydrogen kits, but I think the problem is with libsndfile. I'm going to
wait on the libsndfile folks to get back to me regarding the bug before
committing the code I've written to do this.

I filed the bug here:

https://github.com/erikd/libsndfile/issues/34

Until a solution to this problem is figured out, there will be problems
with loading FLAC files into synthclone.

I'm closing this bug, as the import functionality has been committed to
trunk.
