Perl Language Support - a first go

Hi all, I noticed there was no Perl langauge support... so I had a go
at creating my own. Its very rough so please no flames.

Bugs to fix:
-> replaced by html entity value
variables not highlighted even though regex looks valid
more categories for different "keywords" (eg. would be nice for
seperate styles for flow control functions and object-oriented
keywords)
